Here's a set of ready-to-print classroom English posters put together by the team at Sakuragi JHS, Jhen Tubes and Kaoru Sugawa.
We've found that while students have difficulty asking questions to the teacher, students with readily available phrases have less difficulty.
Rather than keep it hidden, I like to use these as functional decorations - I slap them on whatever colored construction paper I can scavenge, and apply them to the windows above the standard windows - that's enough for 16 great posters. Check them out - in PPT (powerpoint) format.
